At ReelRaiment, we stand behind the quality of our gear and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we are here to help.

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for a Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in its original packaging.
  • All original tags must still be attached.

Please note, some items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:

  2. In your email, please include your order number and the reason for your return.
  3. Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with detailed instructions on how to send your item back to us for a refund.

Please do not send your purchase back to us without first contacting us and receiving a return authorization.

Refunds Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the item.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, as processing times can vary between payment providers.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@reelraiment.shop.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different size or color is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. This ensures you get the new item quickly without waiting for the exchange to be processed.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at contact@reelraiment.shop. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right.
