Thank you for shopping at ReelRaiment! This policy outlines everything you need to know about how we handle shipping for your orders. Our goal is to get your gear to you as quickly and efficiently as possible so you can get out on the water.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that processing time is separate from the shipping transit time.

Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer the following shipping options for orders within the United States:

  • Standard Shipping (3-5 business days): Rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
  • Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): Rates are calculated at checkout.
  • Free Standard Shipping: We are happy to offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $75.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather or carrier issues, which are outside of our control.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. ReelRaiment is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are your responsibility as the customer.

How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@reelraiment.shop with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes

Some carriers have limitations regarding shipping to P.O. Boxes. If we are unable to ship to your P.O. Box, we will contact you for an alternative address.

Damages, Lost or Stolen Packages

ReelRaiment is not liable for any products damaged, lost, or stolen during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. We recommend taking photos of the damage.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors or building management first. If you still cannot locate it, please contact the carrier to initiate an investigation. While we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are confirmed delivered, please contact us at contact@reelraiment.shop, and we will do our best to assist you with the carrier claim process.
